Do not recommend doing business with them. They take lots of care of the landlords at the expense of the tenant. We rented a home with them to be rushed into moving, and there was a 12 hour window of time between the previous tenants leaving and us having to sign the lease. We never moved any of our belongings into the home and never slept there because it was rented to us completely filthy and in need of many repairs.
