I have lived in Deerfield since 2021. Our property management contact person is Andrea R Laney. We have talked several times on the phone about issues in this subdivision. Unfortunately nothing has ever been resolved. Water and roads is all that she is responsible for, that seems as though it is way too much for this person to handle. I was told that I would have the opportunity to speak with the paving contractor before he starts paving.
