Embarrassing up keep of a property in my neighborhood. I have pics of my page of a property the are neglecting to maintain. Neighbors have called many times but we assume they dont care. Such and embarrassment to our neighborhood!

Bank owned properties are maintained by the bank or asset management company. We have little to no authority over maintenance. I wish we could do more, but the fact is that we can't.
