Amy Valls is absolutely amazing. In May of 2026, I learned that a family property was being put up for sale. I knew it wouldn't stay on the market for long, so I submitted an inquiry through Zillow and was immediately connected with Amy. Amy was wonderful. Luckily Amy made buying property so seamless, she did a great job explaining answers to my questions. Every step in the process from explaining the contract, to pointing you to the right direction and gaining some niche knowledge about areas is easier thanks to her experience, it’s a breeze with Amy if you’re starting. She has a great down to earth attitude so I definitely give my recommendation.
Amy Valls is a great realtor at exit realty. She helped me with the highs and the lows during a very hard time for myself. She got an offer on my house the very 1st showing and negotiated an acceptable offer. I appreciate her very much and will do business with her in the future!

She had recommendations for every part of the process from closing lawyers to inspectors. She also helped coordinate connections with post sale contr... read more
Brittany was a pleasure to work with. Extremely professional and helpful. We had been looking for over a year and a half before working with Brittany. She very quickly understood what we were looking for and within a month we had an offer excepted. She was right on top of everything with the closing process and kept us updated on every aspect involved. I would definitely recommend her to anyone. In fact if we ever need a realtor we will be contacting Brittany. We can not thank Brittany enough for everything she did. Brittany... read more
