Giving one star because Joe Underhill was extremely unpleasant and rude to our realtor when we put multiple offers in for a property on Johnson Lake Rd. In Deleon Springs. He had us jumping through hoops after he decided a construction loan wasn't good enough and requested we took out a different type of loan (home equity) only to not entertain our second offer, which was reasonable, to the seller.
