Well I bought my first house to this guy and it was the first sale for him he told us. So when it came around to sell my house I thought I'd use him. What a mistake he came out. Didn't help us with anything. Want us to sign some paperwork even though he's not helping us. Brought some friends that didn't want to buy the house but made us do stuff for them to get it ready, and then sent a painter out. Had the pleasure of working with Giorgio for the sesrch and purchase of our new home. G was knowledgable of the market and attentive to our needs. He accomodated our schedule for multiple showings. My husband and I had the pleasure to work with Alexandria! As first-time home buyers, she really went above and beyond for us. She explained so much and was super helpful in answering every question we had. Despite the numerous amount of houses we had to look at, she was always kind up until the very end.
