This is second time we went through Exit Realty Gateway to sell a home. We used Sam Jannazzo as our realtor both times. Sam was very professional and followed up on all prospective buyers. We sold our home during an open house and he took an offer from a wonderful couple , we countered and got the price we wanted. Sam followed up and kept us in the loop till the day we closed . We were pleased how quickly and smooth the closing went. Great company to work with , would highly recommend. Rosemary

Very bad experience they played with us in the most terrible way and we have all the necessary evidence to verify why I am writing this review, everything from the beginning seemed one was all buyers, sellers and real estate agents careful do not do business in this place They can be cheated and scammed. I had a great experience with the real estate agents in the office. They were very helpful in finding me a number of houses in my price range. They took the time to answer all my questions. Buying a home is a big decision, work with someone you can trust. I highly recommend using Exit in Wantagh.

I had a very bad experience with one of these brokers. She tried to force her way into the apartment I was renting and did not let me close the door by holding the door open with her foot. I called the cops they told her she couldn't do that, I decided not to press charges.
