Best realtors in town We have bought and sold lots of lots and houses and have used many realtors. I have to say our last experience in selling a house with Garden Gate was by far the best. The agent we used called us frequently to let us know when the house was shown by her or another realtor company. When a deal was finally made she cut her comission so that the the young couple buying our house could get the deal to work. Very pleased with this agency.
Derrick Miller was GREAT! We used Derrick Miller as our Realtor with Garden Gate. He is very knowledgeable and very trustworthy. He is young but has the best technology and skills out there. we listed our home with Derrick and it was under contract within 30 days! He was so helpful and we just bought our new home through him as well. we have used reactors before but working with Derrick was by far one of the best experiences we have had. He still calls to check on us every once in a while and we always tell our friends to co... read more
Virtually NO communication from agent during listing/sale We selected Garden Gate Realty to list our Gentleman's Estate for sale. The listing agent and owner of the company left us guessing as to the status of the listing. She didn't consult us as to the advertisements used nor the publications used to promote the listing. We told her that listing this type of property in the little local paper was a waste of money as the people who would buy this type of property would be from out-of-town. Best Service, Best Home, Best Price.... – We moved to the Portland area after my husband had a transfer to the Nashville area. We met Jeannie Kelley when I called her about a listing she had posted on the internet.
