Opening in the fall of 2016 by Kyle Olson, we are located at 321 Central Avenue in the historic downtown of Fort Dodge. Our very unique office setting was created to offer our agents and partners a better place to work and be successful. We are here to serve all of your real estate needs including agricultural, land, commercial, residential, foreclosures, and investments.

Kyle was representing me as the seller and also, the buyer. I feel I didn't get the support and representation from Kyle that I deserved. He had poor communication skills and did not get back with me in a timely manner. I would not recommend him.. Very disappointed!
Selling my house turned into nightmare, one issue after another but Kyle continued to treat it with the same priority as all his other sales, went way over and above to get the sale closed. He did far more than what he earned for the sale of my house. I recommend Kyle and Exit Realty to anyone selling or buying real estate!
