I chose Colleen to sell my parents home of 30 years after my father's passing and mother's subsequent transition to assisted living. Deciding on Colleen was easy due to her professionalism, responsiveness, knowledge of the market and sales strategy. She was successful in selling a rather difficult home (AS IS) in a difficult market (Federal Govt shutdown).
