I had such a great experience with Renee Burgett from EXIT Realty in Lubbock today. We were both at the post office with a long line, and all I needed was one stamp. Even though she didn’t have one, she offered to take my envelope back to her office and mail it for me since she was heading that way anyway. Such a small act of kindness, but it really meant a lot. EXIT Realty is lucky to have people like Renee Burgett representing them.
Worst company ever they don’t sit down and talk things over your lease they’ll get you in there fast with no explanation all this surprise hidden fees. Worst payment portal ever doesn’t even work They just expect you to do everything even though they’re a third-party hired company to take care of these properties. They are the worst.
