I had such a great experience with Renee Burgett from EXIT Realty in Lubbock today. We were both at the post office with a long line, and all I needed was one stamp. Even though she didn’t have one, she offered to take my envelope back to her office and mail it for me since she was heading that way anyway. Such a small act of kindness, but it really meant a lot. EXIT Realty is lucky to have people like Renee Burgett representing them.
Worst company ever they don’t sit down and talk things over your lease they’ll get you in there fast with no explanation all this surprise hidden fees. Worst payment portal ever doesn’t even work They just expect you to do everything even though they’re a third-party hired company to take care of these properties. They are the worst. I would give it 0 stars if I could.. My mom sold her house through them and it was chaos with the realtor.. I would not recommend this place at all.. it was just back and forth and not the right communication with the realtor.. was very unhappy with it all..
I can't say for the other realtors but we had a wonderful experience dealing with Russell McGuire when buying the rental house we'd been living in for 4 years. He was extremely professional - always answering phone calls and emails very promptly and was helpful, easy going and went above and beyond whenever we had any questions and he wasn't even our realtor! He represented the seller and even though we actually didn't have a realtor he was more than fair and helpful and bent over backwards to do what he could to help us buy... read more
