Worst company ever they don’t sit down and talk things over your lease they’ll get you in there fast with no explanation all this surprise hidden fees. I would give it 0 stars if I could.. My mom sold her house through them and it was chaos with the realtor.. I would not recommend this place at all.. it was just back and forth and not the right communication with the realtor.. was very unhappy with it all..
I can't say for the other realtors but we had a wonderful experience dealing with Russell McGuire when buying the rental house we'd been living in for 4 years. He was extremely professional - always answering phone calls and emails very promptly and was helpful, easy going and went above and beyond whenever we had any questions and he wasn't even our realtor! Has a different name on the front of the building
We rented from this company for 6+ years, always paid rent on time and never hassled the property management company for anything unnecessary. We've always been respectful and took good care of our temporary home. When we decided to move out we had the place cleaned, and did our best to leave on a positive note.
