Do not trust Greg Coelho to do your appraisal! He showed up in a borrowed vehicle and had a very sloppy appearance. He told me it would take 5 days to complete, then every day it was supposed to be completed that day. This went on for 2 weeks. When the appraisal was turned in it was extremely low and had multiple mistakes and the comps were not even log homes like mine. The bank asked him to correct the mistakes and he did that, but refused to change the value associated with the mistakes. Now I am unable to get a loan. The ... read more
