Please beware when purchasing home from Tandy Jorris with exit real estate Gallery. We were out of state buyers so it was already a very complicated situation . Our inspector found some serious issues with the home that we brought to their attention. When Tandy finally responds to my agent (which was like pulling teeth most times), She informed us that those issues are under warranty and the builder is scheduled to come back and fix it prior to closing. Do not deal with Edward Newsom. He will not return your calls or show you the listed property. He has zero experience. Even his boss had to reprimand him.
Was cold texted by Ed. Scared me half to death since he didn’t introduce himself. Patronized me through the entire exchange and would continue to harass me. Poor customer service and would never want to do business with this company.
