I can't begin to tell you about the great person and professional Mr.Garry Burrows. My experience with this company from the first phone call to my move in was one of the best experiences i have ever had house shopping. Mr Burrows showed me my home on a Saturday morning in September and my move in date was soon after in October. He went above and beyond to inform me of all i needed to know and did the same for the owner. He spoke on my behalf to the owners. After being told by an associate at this office Garry Burrows, that our rental application fee once paid would not have to be paid again so long as we looked at another Exit property....we were informed that our credit report had been sent to a property owner and we would have to pay another fee for another exit property. We never received a copy of our report (even though we paid for it) and the associate never contacted us back. We left him a good amount of voice-mails and text messages. Very unprofessional.
