One star is being EXTREMELY generous. THE WORSE MORTGAGE COMPANY EVER!!! I've lost a house because of these people. They had strung me along for a two months. Asking for extension after extension. This mortgage company pre-approved a buyer for my house that had no business being approved. Because the buyer was pre-approved by Exit Mortgage, we entered into a 3 month sales contract --because the buyer's apartment was leased until then. So leading up to the closing, we did all the things you're supposed to do. The home buyer paid for an appraisal, I paid for and made changes to my home to make it FHA loan ready (about $3K).
