Our realtors did not disclose how new they were to the business. We thought they had sold multiple houses in our neighborhood. They did an excellent job staging and selling the house, however they did not get proper support from broker (Exit King) to do the purchase order correctly with regard to solar panels. They did not handle the subsequent extended closing date properly either. They had us shut off utilities on original date, therefore our house was without power or gas for over a week.
