I would like to say how nice of a realtor Harley Hood is. I'm a home inspector, I own Highland Home Inspections LLC in alma. Harley messaged me and asked if I was able to do an inspection for him on Friday. When I meet him in person at the home, he was one of the nice people, and very professional He had a huge smile and was very friendly. He was very easy to work with and appreciative of me finding the few issues that the house had. I will refer anyone in his area who needs a great realtor to him!
Ryan Halsey is the sellers agent on a property my husband and I were going to buy to build our dream house on and we did everything correctly- we scheduled the Perc test but the BED health department was 3 weeks out and when Ryan found out he was very disrespectful to my realtor and said that it had to be “buttoned up due to other interested parties”.
