Lorena Lugo Sales Representative License #: 2437907 Very unprofessional conduct from Lorena. She deducted $1000 from my friends security deposit and refuses to give a receipt for what was charged. When she texted her shes ignored her and only answered when my friend told her shes going against NJ law by failing to provide a receipt. She got defensive and then hung up the phone multiple times.
