Exit equity is legal robbery. Look over your contract with a good lawyer and a microscope. They took advantage of my parents who used them to sell their lifelong small business. They brought them no business. They also write in ridiculously long claims to sales in your contract. Others we’ve spoke to in the industry are baffled by the stipulations in their contract.
