Holly Kennedy is amazing she went above and beyond to get us the house we wanted. we went through two other realtors before we found holly. she walked us through the whole process ,every piece of paper, she made sure we understood everything before we signed. If something needed done she got it done. she always answered the phone no matter the day or time. Answered any questions we had. we simply can't thank her enough for all she did for us. you truly made our lives better. I would recommend Holly to anyone.
Worst real estate dealings I have ever experienced. Tried buying a home from them the realtor was Ashley Westmoreland. Went under contract to not hear back for days at a time on questions, negotiations, and moving forward with the purchase. This realtor got caught in a lie about another offer on the table and then ghosted us for days. Only then to come back and say that offer fell through then we were accepted. DO NOT USE. WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD. I was under contract on a house with their realtor Ashley Westmoreland. I am a first time home buyer and the minute we went under contract Ashley completely ghosted us. As a new home buyer my girlfriend and I were very eager to get the process moving. No response!! Left message on phone number on sign. Also checked the website for property listing and it's not there. I guess they don't sell houses...
This is the WORST real estate company you could hire!!! John Akers(owner) was our agent and he completely lied and misrepresented the house we ended up buying. Years later when we had some issues come up about our house and we tried contacting John, he refused to call us back. After multiple attempts of leaving messages on his voicemail and leaving messages with his office staff, we eventually gave up. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
