Don't deal with Josh brokiewicz. He doesn't return calls or emails. Listed the home as septic and well when it was actually city water and sewer which severely complicated the deal. He failed to list property that was being removed by the sellers. We were buyers and any questions went unanswered. Almost all phone calls were ignored. Even paperwork wasn't filed until hours before a deadline. Unresponsive, no initiative, would never recommend. I had to inquire about updating the posting, suggesting an open house-held open house myself...think twice
