EDIT: This once again happened where sewage has leaked making our home inhabitable and they refuse to fix the issue. Worst property management company. Would never recommend!! Exit Blue Water Realty knowingly has left (now going on a week!) raw sewage to be seeping into and surrounding the windows of a ground level apartment home.
