Horrible Management company. adds 3x the cost on repairs. Turns Landlord and Tenant against each other. Crooks. Don't work with them unless you want to over over pay for your repairs. I don't mind a little extra but 3x the amount. Come On! Plus when they do repairs they do them incorrectly to allow crazy leaks etc so you need an urgent fix. (Example) They did plumbing without seal and glue so it can pull apart very easily. And when that happens they charge 3x the amount to repair. It's a circle of issues.
