Didn't appear to have any faith in our house. In fact, I've never seen a realtor so negative who downplayed everything about our house. Then, he later used being able to connect us with repair providers as a teaser offering to provide those connections if we hired him. We went with another realtor and sold our house for more than this guy thought we could get.
