Stay clear! Had Anthony Sisco manage two properties in which they never did any inspections resulting in the destruction of one my properties. Deducted huge maintenance fees and never provide receipts after requesting them numerous times. Refused too. Removed a tenant for vengeance after I stated I was terminating their services. Vague leases and management agreements. The reviews proceeding me state it all!
Warning I tried to do business with this company it was horrible. Check and double check everything they say they lie / misrepresent. I had to walk away. Good luck if you use in any way. I use their supposed Beach property management part of their business
This place is a joke. We did a 6 month rental through them. First, you’ll be lucky if anyone returns your call within a couple of days. The administrator was sweet and will tell you one thing.. Anthony.. Will tell you another. He is very good at lying. Our contract said nothing about paying for cleaning service when I left. For a monthly rental or air b n b I get. .. I left the place super clean. He never inspected it until 11 days after we left. This place is awful. I do not recommend
Never been here but keeps popping up on my phone for a review and don't know why
The realtor Micheal Sisco randomly emailed me back in 2021 harassing me with both his pilot & reltor email while I was set to deply demanding 10,000 & 9,000 threatening to destroy my military & education. He might be a part of an elaborate fraud scheme as he was also caught claiming stolen valor . Has a long and extensive criminal record as well
