Had a family member and customer order a transmission from this company is was bad called to warranty it out which it was stated when it was bought It had a warranty he said, yeah, no problem, wait a week, still, nothing i waited half a week called him oh yeah?It's tagged and waiting on shipper then, he blames it on the storms of why it hasn't been picked up.It's been two months and still no sign of my transmission.And I gotta give the customer the money he spent on the transmission. I read the reviews and lots of complaints but not from me! The first time I called they answered, had the engine I needed at a good price. When I arrived (1 hour drive for me) he gave me a different engine, but asked first. I said yes because it was newer with less miles. however when I went to swap we pulled the valve covers and found a broken head bolt! YIKES - called him several times no answer & no VM as they were full but he did text me later and said he was not open because he had the flu. 2 days later he delivered the... read more
This place sold me 2 defective transmissions and now will not return a phone call or respond. Voicemail is full. BEWARE!! Luckily my credit card company will charge them back for FRAUD.
These guys don’t have a phone number that works try call goes straight to voicemail every time when they did answer never called back or got to me
