Love my Toro Powermax 1028 OXE! Cleared our driveway after yesterday's huge snowfall like a champ! In frigid weather like this, it starts first time, every time...love the electric start. Go see Brenda & Brett...great people, great products and great after the sale service!

From the knowledge shared during the sale, to the help yesterday with my Echo backpack leave blower. Brenda and staff are top notch, and could give lessons on customer service! I just want to thank Brenda and the crew at Exit 18 Equipment. With the power in town out to a lot of our houses they had dropped everything to work on generators for people. I showed up yesterday afternoon at 1:45. I didn't catch the gentleman's name that came out and looked at my generator with me but, at 4:30 he had my generator running smoothly again and ready for pickup. Customer service like that is very rare these days. Thanks again exit 18. You guys are awesome.
It's not just the workmanship, sales and service that make Exit 18 shine. It's the hometown handshake contract; quitting time is sunset kinda feeling you get from everyone who works there.
Big thanks to Brett for fixing a flat tire for my walk behind this morning and Brenda for always being awesome.
