If I could give this place less than one star, I would... Brought my 2007 ford escape to Exit 11 Auto for repair for my cars potential break issue. The mechanic said it needed brakes and rotors all around (even though the back brakes and rotors had just been replaced) and he also said something about the parking brake needing repair. When we found out that the mechanic was going to charge us to replace some of the items (i.e. back brakes and rotors) even though they were just replaced less than a year ago he refused to do an... read more
