Steven Baker with Exigent gave an absurd appraisal on my sellers home in Riverview. $35,000 under sale price on a home that had good comps. Did the appraisal with a trainee, Caleb Ritter. Measurements were wrong, sellers name was even misspelled. No attention to detail. Left two families that have served our country in dire straights.
