These guys are champions. I've been coming to this shop for at least 4 years. Dax has been my 3 week regular appointment for the entire time, but I have also gotten cuts from Carter and James when he's been unavailable in the past. I've never had a negative experience. Dax is understanding and responsive when I've needed emergency rescheduling, and been communicative and flexible when he's needed to reschedule.
