From start to finish, nice people, professional, thorough, informative. They treated my car as a whole after an accident, pointing out small Dents and scrapes caused by wear, small windshield fracture high up in front which they were Throwing in. I was saddened to Find out later that my car was deemed "totalled" by the insurance Co. But I decided that I will take my New used Toyota to this place in the future!

Cory and the crew at Car Star in Kent where amazing!! I got my Xterra back in a week instead of 2 weeks, and they also did some extra work for me beyond the insurance repair at a very reasonable rate. Cory and crew were very professional and clearly run a tight professional auto body shop. Will recommend!!
I am very satisfied with the repairs on my car. Needed work on the bumper, top trim over the tire and the front light. Cory, did an excellent job explaining the repair needs. They finished my car faster than I anticipated. Looks perfect, like new! The price was great. Almost half of what I was quoted at a different place. I highly recommend this business for great service and exceptional work. Will come again if I ever need their service in the future. Everyone was so nice and friendly.
Excellent repair service from start to finish. The team was professional, honest, and explained everything clearly before beginning the work. My car was repaired perfectly and now runs like new again. What really impressed me was the attention to detail and quality of workmanship.
