1 star was too high for Vinnie. Apparently he bought exhaust pros, and renamed it twisted innovations. I needed a new catalytic converter and he said no problem bring it by he will look at it. He had it for two days and I called him after tiring of waiting. He answered phone and said "oh sorry I'm at a car show and just been too busy too call." Wow.. just got off the phone talking to a lady who seemed to either been sleeping or something else and the way she talked sounded groggy like she woke up. I asked about exhaust/muffler questions like straight pipe, after she answered my question, I said "thank you". Then she said "oh, boy." And hung up on me. Are you freaking kidding me?? Horrible customer service. If you don't like your job, QUIT! Secondly, if you're not feeling well or whatnot, keep your tail at home. I will not do business here.
