I took my car in for an oil change. The battery was fine. Went to pick it up and the battery was dead. I was understandably frustrated, as I had limited time on my lunch break from work to pick up the vehicle, and was upset they killed my battery. They jumped the car but then it was dead again the next day. They refused to take responsibility because “I wasn’t very pleasant.” Horrible service, never trust them with your vehicles. Asked if they could replace the bolts between the manifold and down pipes, to my exhaust. I'm on a budget, and need to replace the starter again. Have a new starter, bolts are fused together, old and bad. I replaced the starter twice before... They didn't try using a torch or penetrating lube under a lift. Ended up cutting the original exhaust pipe that's okay for 36 year's. Used the old wore shield wrap, installed it backwards, welded original pipe together with a new piece of pipe. We have taken 4 different vehicles here and come out with far more expensive problems that didn't exist when they went in. Or they claim it's fixed and it was not. Gave them the benefit of the doubt because 3 of our cars are older but this last time was it. They forgot to put a transmission cap back on. 5 days later, the car is shifting like crap. Pop the hood and see the transmission cap and a purge cap (that they shouldn't have been near and was there when the car was left in their care) are gone. Transmission fluid spille... read more
