We booked a couples massage and specifically asked form rmts. We checked in to double check our time a few days before and everything was good. We asked for an extra massage but they said their only rmt was in on Friday. Which was great because we had our massages on Friday. Makes sense as we booked for Friday. So we didn’t get an extra massage as we would never spend our own money as we have coverage through insurance. I had a lovely hot stone deep tissue back massage today by Joanna , I feel incredibly lighter and relaxed will definitely be coming back, 100% recommend.
I had a full body massage from Surinder and it was AMAZING! I recommend to come here and get a massage, it’s sensational. 10/10 experience!!
I wanted to give these guys the benefit of the doubt, but it was very difficult. They booked my husband and myself for 2 pedis, a massage for him and a facial for myself - with one person it turned out. So much for having our services done together in tandem. Don't seem organized or conscious of people's time. How many hours did they expect us to be there?
