I wanted to give these guys the benefit of the doubt, but it was very difficult. They booked my husband and myself for 2 pedis, a massage for him and a facial for myself - with one person it turned out. So much for having our services done together in tandem. Don't seem organized or conscious of people's time. How many hours did they expect us to be there? **Scammers** I booked a massage expecting treatment from a registered RMT. However, the service was provided by someone else who did not appear to be licensed. I later received an invoice issued under a different (male) RMT’s name. This raised serious concerns about transparency and billing practices. I would strongly advise others to verify credentials before booking. Also, the place was very unhygienic.
