"Our company used ExFreight Zeta LLC for shipping, but unfortunately, we've had a negative experience. They have consistently added unnecessary fees, which feels deceptive. Due to this, we will no longer be using their services. I’m sharing this review in hopes that no other company falls victim to these deceptive practices."

Not sure what happened here, the truck never showed up, went to the wrong address and I would have never known it had it not been for one of the local print shop workers calling me to say there was a truck there asking for me. I called three times throughout the day to make sure the driver was en route but never got a return call and then my customer service rep left for the day without providing a solution. My freight is still sitting in the loading dock and we missed our receiving deadline because of this. Huge disappointm... read more

Tried to bill me for extra fees 2 months after delivery. Created a bogus back dated invoice and said it was "past due". Said it was a "residential" fee. Delivery was not residential, then they said that was a mistake, it's a "limited access" fee. That also doesn't apply. Then they said "oh wait it WAS residential fee". Never disclosed, notified or billed this made up "fee". Multiple complaints filed. Never again.
