After requesting a quote 7 days ago, the agent has now ignored me on sending me a quote. This is unacceptable, and I lost the opportunity on a lucrative deal. Stay far away.

Not sure what happened here, the truck never showed up, went to the wrong address and I would have never known it had it not been for one of the local print shop workers calling me to say there was a truck there asking for me. I called three times throughout the day to make sure the driver was en route but never got a return call and then my customer service rep left for the day without providing a solution.
