Coopers place is a bad place to move. Poor management and rent is too high. Appliances old and management is rude.
Absolutely love living here! It's nice and clean. People for the most part clean up after their pets! Maintenance is so helpful and handy. Moving here was the right choice! Looking forward to making so many memories in the complex!
The complex is fine, I loved living here for three years. But when I had a sudden change in job, they want to charge me for the whole year of rent! How is that a good business behavior?! The relationship is completely ruined because they do not wish to cooperate. I think the place is also overpriced. I do not recommend doing business with them at all. My family and I lived at Hillside Apartments for 2 years. Any time we had a maint. problem it was resolved right away. There was an open line of communication which was fantastic. The apartments are very well maintained and perfect for small families. Move out was a hassle free process, if it wasn't for my family and I relocating to Florida we would still be living there now! Great complex in a quiet part of town!
it is the worest place i ever lived. the managers are so rude, dont trust the words they said because they are not going to responsible about what they said, they treat you as a fool. the gym is not function as well, most of them are broken and the air condition is broken, you can have a bad smell. to live inside of the building, u can hear everybody's talking exactly. if u want to have a good day and night, dont choose this apartment. Better to trust what i said
