I honestly think Exeter Eye Associates was a waste of my time and money. Online scheduling was easy, check-in and pre-exam were professional, but later than my scheduled appointment time, despite being one of the first of the day. The office is clean and modern. My largest issue was with the eye exam itself, as the doctor spent maybe 30 seconds looking at my eyes or testing my prescription. Whoever reads this, I NEVER leave reviews. I'm 20 years old and have much better things to do. This was the worst doctor i've ever been to. First of all, it's hard to find because it's inside of a store for glasses and there's a tiny optometrist sign in the very back. When I got there, the front desk only referred to me as "bro" (which I was called AT LEAST 5 times I can remember specifically) and despite their website claiming they take BC... read more
Booking an appointment here is a waste of time. They will cancel on you the day of the appointment. It has happened to me repeatedly. I’m just over it at this point. People in Boston are busy. My family will not be back again.

She got to the retinal imaging and told me I have a hole in my right retina and to see a specialist ASAP because if I SNEEZED I could go partially blind. Excuse me? She referred me to the Opthalmic Consultant of Boston. Good thing I went, because the real doctors basically told me what she told me was a load of B.S. and not only i... read more
