Tenants are Bullying other disabled tenants, physical assault and battery has occurred. Verbal abuse among tenants is common. There is a large Feral cat problem. The whole colony of Feral cats have Feline Leukemia, a contagious and fatal feline disease. The Feral cats spray urine and leave fecal matter everywhere "to mark their territory".
