I’ve been training with Ashley at Exerscience for over 14 months now, and I truly believe she is one of the most experienced & committed professional's around. I have seen so much of pain disappear, and my mobility and function has gotten so much better. I went to so many physiotherapist's and nothing helped - then I met Ashley! I train with her twice a week and I really enjoy the variety and challenge she puts into each and every session.
