We were in the market for an elliptical machine and went to the Beaverton location of Portland Fitness Equipment. Kim helped us out and we found her to be fantastic to work with. She carefully listened to our needs, educated us on our questions, explained differences between brands/models, and then made great suggestions. I bought a Matrix A50 elliptical trainer from Kim at the Beaverton PFE location last November. Kim was great to work with and very knowledgeable, PFE’s installation techs were right on time and were also exceptional. The entire experience could not have been more positive and the machine is awesome (which I can now verify after four months of use). Highly recommended…
What a great store! Kim is so knowledgeable and easy to work with. She can order equipment if they don’t have it on hand. I love the new location. It is so nice to be able to shop local, in person, and from people who care about their customers.
Great quality and selection of fitness equipment. Owner was super sweet and friendly. I'm sorry, I can't remember the name but she is awesome! Her little dog is also awesome. She is very knowledgeable and never pushes anything on you. She won't hover over you and try to sell you anything you dont need. She lets you try the equipment in peace and will not nag at you. She really is an amazing person! It's also bright and clean there. Very inviting.
