The only reason it’s not a 5 is because I was the only person here at 8 am and still waited 25 minutes before being seen. I could hear a lot of laughter and visiting happening and asked the receptionist if they knew I was waiting. I found this irritating. I was told they were setting up the exam rooms. Other than this I was satisfied with the care.
The guy with glasses at the front desk was awesome. Everyone else was not kind and rude. I went to get a TB test reading which literally only took 30 seconds for them to look at it and print me a paper. But, they took 43 minutes to call me in the back. I was in the waiting room with my autistic client and he was getting impatient. I checked in and the 2 people who checked in after me got seen before me. The staff if mostly ok...they seem to care. The nurse practitioners however are the worst. I mean I'm sorry I was sick and came for care? They lack common sense or bedside manner. Rude and uncaring. Seem determined to go as slow as possible. Never felt, worse, after urgent care. Not till now. Bedside manner matters... Oh and of course they couldn't be bothered getting a super basic prescription called in that I desperately needed for symptom relief. The worst....
