I really loved this urgent care; the customer service was super friendly, the doctor was very precise, clear, and attentive, and the clinic was very clean, with the perfect temperature in every room.
We have had to use Exer several times over the past few months and every time we have been 100% satisfied with the care received. The receptionists, nurses, technicians and doctors are polite, professional, friendly and foremost, competent. The staff seems to change occasionally but the treatment is always good. The one exception is the wait time. They are busy and it does take a while. Expect to wait. You WILL get good reults.

They were professional, attentive, compassionate, and made me feel comfortable throughout my experience. I am very happy with the service I received and truly appreciate their dedication and kindness.
I had an issue with chest congestion. I had an appointment for 5PM - I waited for about 30 minutes before being seen, but the PA was great. Very thorough exam, including blood test and chest X-ray to rule out pneumonia. Received a breathing treatment and prescription for a couple of drugs. Overall, a very good experience. My wife and I go there regularly as our primary doc is some distance from us - while this facility is just a couple of miles.
