Told the clinician I had a concussion from blacking out and in the diagnosis, the clinician wrote down saying: “concussion without loss of consciousness.” I went to the front desk about it and one person told me there was nothing they can do, then referred me to the manager. Then the front desk associate said that the official incident report and the ER documentation that proves I lost consciousness looks like a fraud. I have been going here for over 50 years. I no longer want to be a Magan patient. You can never get an appt. If you do, you wait over an hour to get in. Having blood drawn is a complete nightmare. Never any appts. except for two months out. You have to wait over 2 hours for walk in. This facility has GONE DOWN HILL! You leave messages for doctors, they never get returned. I am changing as quickly as I can. My opinion....GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
