I've never had an experience this positive at an urgent care. I checked on the site before I arrived and confirmed there was no line...and when I got there, I was literally taken into the exam room before I could even sit down in the waiting room. Amazing! Ms. Key and Mr. Kim immediately started administering tests while completing intake forms. They were so efficient, friendly and competent! I definitely recommend this urgent care over some of the larger alternatives. Thank you!

Exer has destroyed this urgent care. I went in 4 days ago and they collected a couple of tests to send to their lab. They left me a voicemail this morning asking me to call them regarding the results. I have been trying to get a hold of someone for 8 hours. They do not answer the phone. Only crappy useless mara.ai does. Theirvstaff is probably too busy training a new intern to learn their software, like they were when I went in. I guess I'll have to go back to their office to find out or go to the ER!

I have been to Exer Urgent Care several times over the last few years. They have always provided excellent service and care. Most recently I went to the Wilshire facility because I cut myself with a mandolin. The wait time was 2 hours and the staff took it upon themselves to call the Colorado site and learned that there was no wait time. I went to that facility and was almost immediately helped. Everyone was kind and efficient and took great care of me. They went above and beyond!
