Exer urgent care is very friendly and convenient since they close late. The wait time is very reasonable. You don't usually wait much. I guess it depends at what time you go. So far I've had a great experience with them. The lab results are fast. I've received a call back with the results. They send the medicine to the pharmacy I've chosen. And they are patient and friendly. I'm definitely going back.
INEZ AT EXER RANCHO PV IS TERRIBLE AT HER JOB!!! My child came in and tested positive for the flu. The doctor was great. My child was given a doctor's note. A few days later, my child was still with fever and now coughing. I guess the flu does not resolve in 2-3 days. This morning I called Exer Rancho PV to ask if the doctor's note could be extended by one day (it's Friday). Inez, in her infinite wisdom said no. always fast and easy
I had one of the most traumatizing and painful medical experiences of my life at Exer Urgent Care. Unfortunately, I’ve had a Bartholin cyst twice before this. The first time was years ago at a hospital, where I was denied lidocaine and anesthesia — it was incredibly painful and traumatic, but I did eventually feel relief after the procedure.
