No one likes to go to an Urgent Care or ER mostly because of the wait and the waiting room being crowded. Also, ER staff don't give their patients enough time to get their stories out. BUT today I went to this Urgent Care Center and my visit was Amazing. No wait time Amazing Caring Staff. I was giving time to explain what was going on with my body and My Nurse and PA listened and showed me much concern. I truly appreciate them. I would recommend this Urgent Care to anyone who needs to go.
I found Exercise well, organized, easy to check in electronically, minimal weight time, and like the way I could see where I stood in line on the appointment monitor. The physician Mona Denaha, listened and was very thorough and took care of business timely. I appreciated her recommended plan of treatment and her specifically outlining what I need to request from my PCP. My immediate issues were addressed, and I know what I need to do next. I definitely would return to this urgent care and recommended to others. Thank you.!
