I had a very disappointing experience at this urgent care, specifically with a medical assistant named Irma. From the moment I checked in, Irma was extremely rude and unprofessional. She insisted that my co-pay was higher than the amount clearly listed on my insurance card. I am very familiar with how insurance works, and I calmly explained that the co-pay listed on my card should apply. Your appointment doesn't matter. If you set it for 2:30, then be prepared to wait like you were a walk in even if you are 1st on the list. They take your $90 immediately though, so you're stuck while they go out for coffee.
Very nice staff. Parking available and free!! It was a nice experience.
