Billed my credit card for additional charges without explanation a few weeks after my visit. Tried to fight with their AI phone agent for 20 mins to figure out why, considered cancelling my credit card because that seemed like it might be easier, but in the end I just decided to accept the unexplained charge as a good reminder not to go to one of these places next time.
This is only urgent care I like going to. Fast and great service. I always leave satisfied. Thanks so much for accepting most insurances! Easy to schedule online and when u arrive, youre seen shortly. Fast workflow. Providers I've met here are super kind and they listen to my concerns and give me good feedback. Thank you!
