Poor, Inconsiderate. Blood work getting started fills one blood tube the lady leaves for lunch before finishing the next three blood tubes. Sends a new person in to finish. The new person she sent in, did not know what he was doing. He jammed and stabbed my arm with the needle and missed the vein. Pulled the needle out and tried to jam and stabbed my arm again. LEFT A BIG DEEP BRUSE ON MY LEFT INNER ELBOW. Cancelled the service entirely.
They helped me out, fast efficient, accurate and checked my symptoms out in detail.
Great customer service! I highly recommend this urgent care. I was feeling very cold and the CNA gave me a warm blanket. That was really nice. Dr Pascual explained everything in a way I can understand. He didn't seem hurried and took the time to check me. He's also people oriented and is pleasant. He welcomed questions and answered my concerns.
My whole experience was fast, easy, thorough . Easy online check-in. Fast wait times I did go earlier in the morning. Once seen by the provider, he was very kind and thorough. Also, the waiting room is very clean and comfortable .Will definitely recommend to friends and family.
