I’ve been here several times and it’s been 50% great and the other 50% not great at all. But when it comes to healthcare and urgent healthcare at that, 50% doesn’t seem like it should have good ratings. One time I took my husband in and they recognized he was distressed and had flu symptoms and put him in the front of the line to get seen and get cared for immediately. I experienced good quality service, with a highly competent professional staff, who were considerate, articulate and helpful.
The facility were modern and clean the staff and doctors were professional. X-rays done in-house. Most places I'm typically sent to I have to go to a second place for x-ray and other test. And even seeing other patients as they were leaving they were very positive, which speaks to the quality of the treatment of the location. Excellent urgent care! I've been here a few times and each time I get the best care. They are very thorough and courteous. It's a very clean facility. Their are very skilled, caring Dr.'s and techs who helped me. They listened first, and put thought into their prognosis/diagnosis. I'm very impressed with today's visit.
