I came here solely to have some tests done and did not see or consult with a doctor. In addition to being charged for all the tests, I was surprised to receive an additional $365 “new patient” charge. Had this fee been disclosed upfront, I would have simply gone to Quest Diagnostics and avoided an unnecessary $365 charge. Overall a very positive experience. Great option especially for minor medical issues. I went with stuffiness and reduced hearing in both ears. Didn’t want to go through the hassle of making an appointment with my PCP and just stopped in on my way home from a meeting. No appointment but even at 5pm there weee only two people ahead of me. Check in process was quick and easy and involved scanning a QR code and filling out forms on my phone. Wait time was a little long but I was taken back in about an hour. This was my third visit over the last couple of years at this urgent care. My experiences have all been very positive. Compared to other local U/Cs, I could actually get an appointment. And, it was easy to make the appointment. That’s a great start when you really need to see a doctor. I have found that their online forms were straightforward and not too onerous and this was definitely a time saver for when I arrived at the U/C. The staff are always welcoming and kind.
